1. Definitions

“Client” means any individual or entity that engages TechLexBoost for legal services.

“Services” refers to the legal consulting, contract drafting, compliance audits, and other IT-related legal support provided by TechLexBoost.

2. Services

TechLexBoost offers legal services including, but not limited to, software licensing agreements, data privacy compliance, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution consultation within the IT industry.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of invoice date. We adhere to a fair and transparent refund process:

If Services have not commenced, a full refund will be issued.
If Services have partially commenced, a prorated refund will be calculated based on work performed up to the date of cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for Services fully rendered and completed.

To initiate a refund, Clients must provide detailed grounds for the request. TechLexBoost will review all refund requests promptly and respond within 14 days with a determination.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechLexBoost’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting Client data and confidentiality. Our Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, and storage of personal information.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
